About Us
The Orange County Educational Arts Academy (OCEAA) is a charter school serving approximately 500 students grades K-8.
Our campus is located in downtown Santa Ana next to the Orange County High School of the Arts, between the Artist's Village and the Museum corridor.
The mission of the OCEAA community is to nurture all learners to become creative, critical thinkers by providing high quality standards-based instruction through the arts, technology, language and culture.
Our goal is to provide all students with an exemplary education founded in a rich academic program, the arts, multiple intelligences, language learning, environmental stewardship and creative technology.
Our program is based on research and best practices, providing each child the opportunity to flourish while learning in a creative environment.
We offer English only and Two-way Language Immersion (Spanish/English) strands with all students participating in arts and science conservatories.

Campus & Parking:
Located in downtown Santa Ana next to the Orange County High School of the Arts, between the Artist's Village and the Museum corridor.
We only have 3 spaces available adjacent to the school for no more than 20 minutes use, marked 'OCEAA visitor'.
Should visitors need a parking space for an extended period of time, please check with the front office to see if we have any spaces available in the parking structure (limited space is available). Parents, volunteers and visitors will need to use any of the pay-parking lots around us, or the street parking meters if we do not have free space available. We also have $2 tickets for parking in the lot next to our building.
PLEASE NOTE: OCEAA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING TICKETS ISSUED TO OCEAA PATRONS.
Future plans include looking at the option of purchasing parking for OCEAA. This will provide a long-term solution to provide safety for our staff, families, volunteers and friends as well as to avoid rising parking costs, but for now we ask for your cooperation with our parking situation and that you abide by the following rules;
* ALL FAMILY DROP-OFF AND PICK–UP WILL NEED TO TAKE PLACE USING THE VALET TRAFFIC ZONE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ADJACENT PARKING LOT AS A TRAFFIC ZONE TO PICK UP AND DROP STUDENTS.
* THE 3 SPOTS AVAILABLE ON THE SIDE OF OCEAA’S BUILDING ARE AVAILABLE FOR 20 MINUTES ONLY AND ARE STRICTLY FOR FRONT OFFICE BUSINESS.
